Nathanael and his wife Colleen came to pastor Crossroads in August 2013. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in English Literature and received his pastoral training from Emmanuel Bible College, following five years in youth ministry and a two-year apprenticeship at West London Alliance Church under Rev. Mike Wilkins. Influenced by Jonathan Edwards, Charles Spurgeon, John Owen and Thomas Watson, he is passionate about the study of Scripture, discipleship and serving others — and enjoys sports and reading the Puritans.
Chris has served as Associate Pastor and a member of the Board of Elders since March 2021. Passionate about the church's mission and God's word, he counts Douglas Wilson, John Piper and Voddie Baucham among his influences. Married to Heather since 2007, Chris has been part of Crossroads since August 2013 and enjoys reading, soccer, and advancing God's glory across every sphere of life.
Ben joined Crossroads with his wife Emma and their five children in June 2024. He oversees the small group ministry and is passionate about seeing Christians fulfill their God-given roles in the family, the church, and society.
Catie joined Crossroads with her husband Jesiah in 2018 and has been on staff since spring 2021. With an education in Thanatology & Disability Studies and experience in complex care, she is a homeschooling mother of three who loves homemaking.
Linda has been attending Crossroads since early 2021 with her husband Ted. Called to hands-on ministry, she loves serving the church family, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and working in her home art studio.
Our governance follows the biblical pattern of a plurality of elders (Titus 1:5).
